Life is good (:

Shindler's list ended today and it was really sad and I felt so tense thinking the Jews were going to die when they arrived at the Auschwitz and also when they went inside the gas chamber. I wasn't really liking the movie but today it was really good and sad how at the end everyone put a rock on top of his tomb.

The final project

for my project i am going to do a diary and talk about my experience in Holocaust.....

If we dont finish the movie I might just rent it :)
lol. plus its hard to see the movie cuz its so dark.
you need to fix that asap... jk
But i really like the movie, makes me sad and mad that the kids were sentenced to death with out knowing.. well except for those other kids that ran away from it. :(

Shindler's list is okay. There is other Holocaust movies that are better for example "Life is Beautiful" or "The boy in the striped pijammas". I guess I don't like the movie because you can't even see the screen It is too dark. I can't wait till we get out I am too stressed with projects, presentations, study guides.

Ugh still sick today! So I'm not going to class I'm goin to the doctor! And I'll bring the doctors note 2 marrooo. But yeah gunna go bak to sleep for an hour er soo , so byee.

THE EXAM

I am not ready for this exam in June. I'm not good at taking test in the first place and the test is long. I study but when I do I always fail. At the end of the day, as long as I get a good grade than I'm ok. I wish everyone good luck on their test, especially the seniors.

The Final Project!

For my project I'm going to make a dummy doll of Hitler. This dummy is going to look a hot mess especially his face. I am going get him some doll clothes to go on him. I think I am going to put him in a green Nazi outfit. I can not wait!

i'm almost done!

I can not believe we're at the end of our Holocaust journey together. I had lots of fun learning with you guys. This course have taught me more than the Holocaust, it taught me more about yall and myself. My favorite part about the class was the museum trip that was crazy. To end this blog I will say I'm going to miss you guys. SSSSSIIIIIIIIKKKKKKKKKKKEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have also started waching a movie which is really interesting. I like because the girl in the red coat comes out and she looks so cute. That part is my favorite part so far.

It was really nice of him that he was trying to save as many jews as possible in a way.

yesterday was Senior Ditch day! I had lots of fun! I don't know what's wrong with me I read and when it comes to the quizzes I don't do a good job but then I take the test and I pass! The movie so far is pretty good I like it. It has lots of action and it makes you get depressed. I feel so bad for all the innocent people.

ohkay sooo my allergies are here and they stinkk!! :{ im forgetting about the project lol but im going to start that asap! i hope im going out this weekend!! yess!!! im kinda sad im going to miss this class! it wasnt that bad im kinda nervous about the exam but if i have timeinstead of just studing the study guide im going to TRYY! and complete some of it just in case i hope not tho do baad on my exam! well going to sleep! Project

Yesterday class was pretty fun I started working on my modeling project It is going to be great! I got lots of woodchips on my hand because my dad was helping me cut the wood for the project. I hope it turns out amazing because I am putting lots of effort into it I've been waiting for this project since junior year!

almost done

we only have 4 weeks of school left! yay.. so holocaust is almost over. i have to say that i have had some great times in that class but i am also happy that we are almost out of school so i can enjoy my summer! i'm on the countdown!! LOL

Ready for the week but can't wait for the weekend! hummm we're almost done with the book sooo yea...

Idk what to do for the project yet. But I am excited. I want to do a model but I am not sure yet.

Last week was so much fun. Hardly had class so it was cool. Sucked that we didn't walk. But the zoo was fun! Hope this week goes by fast.

This doesn't involve Holocaust class but I can't wait until school is out. I have been waiting so long for summer and it's almost here. Hopefully I will get the internship with CSBI and then I could have a job this summer. My future is looking so strong and that's how it's going to stay. After the summer I will finally be a SENIOR!

End of The Road

Well, it's coming to a end for this hell on earth. I still can't wait to see how this is going to end. I wonder what happen to most of the Jews when they were freed. I want to hear about their experience being free. Hurry! Hurry! Ms.Ingram

the history channel

On Saturday i watched a documentary about Hitler and his bodyguard. It was so boring! I couldn't help but fall asleep; but, I did catch a little bit of it. From what I picked up his own bodyguard tried to kill him but it didn't work. At the end of it, it showed how Himmler and Hitler died.

This week we hardly had any class because of spirit week.Also im really looking forward to our final project and finals.Im going to do my best in this class because it is my favorite class.I gotta get working on that project.Spirit week was so much fun and relaxing.My favorite day was twin day because we went to odysey fun world.I hope I pass my AP exam.

wow! 9 more days for the seniors starting monday :( chapter 12 was really interesting how the Operation Harvest Festival was the last operation Reinhard the extermination of the Jews. Also how the ZOB killed fifty Nazis that was pretty cool they had so much courage to face a powerful army.

WEEK

Spirit week was fun i enjoyed every moment of it! altough odyssey fun world was kinda boring! but oh well! i missed class this week! i hope i had holocaust instead of GEOMETRY!! i hate that class but wateves! today i went shopping in Michigan City with the Fam it was a little nippy but i enjoyed it i went to Nine West, Pacsun,Coach,Old Navy, Hollister, Ralph Lauren and Calvin klien. it was a blast spent 5 hours their! and came home with 5 trips back to the car! lol but tomarro im going to c Iron Man with the fam SSOOOO excited!!!!

I read chapter 12 yesterday and I was ready to take the quiz :( This chapter is really interesting how the Nazi are burning, digging up corpses to hide the evidence from the Allies which is Russia who keeps pushing Germany backwards. Everything keeps getting exciting how they are almost liberated!

O'Holocaust

We have not been talking about Hitler in Holocaust no more! I am so shocked because I thought everything about the Holocaust would pertain to Hitler, but I guess not. On the other hand, it is spirit week and sadly I'm no in the spirit! I'm ready to go home and catch some Zs..

spirit week

spirit week is finally here we had fun yesterday at odyssey world and many students did enjoy it. but Holocaust seems pretty good so far so i hope that this week continues like that???

The tests scores were good! I hope class is not boring this week! soo idk!

The resistance was awesome! Even if they weren't able to beat all the Nazis they still stood up and fought!

omg this week is going to be fun!!! lol I can't wait! ummm well class will be fun too. ummm the notes were the same. But the chapter was awsome!

I would most definitely try to fight against the Nazi if I was a Jew. My plan would be to kill them one at a time. When you kill person by person it causes less chaos. Each group would have certain roles to play in my army. The Nazis wouldn't want a piece of me!

Spirit week

Before the Holocaust, I wonder what things the Jews did for fun. Did they play outside games, sports, dance or sing? At OLT we have spirit week, I wonder did they have the same thing. During slavery, slave sung songs as codes to warn other slave; I wonder did the Jews did too. I'll ask Ms.Ingram on Monday.

what happen to hitler?

So far in this class, for a couple of months, we have been talking about camps, the Jews, etc. but no Hitler. We moved away from him and his evilness. I want to know what he had been up to at the time. I can't wait until we turn the light his way. Hopefully soon enough we can check in with him.

I can't believe the seniors have 14 days left of school! I am really excited but at the same time I am going to really miss it especially Holocaust it is the best class I have ever had of all four years of high school. Are we going to have time to finish the book? I hope so because I really want to know everything of the Holocaust and what happened to Hitler.

I really liked our trip to NIU. I had a lot of fun and I learned a lot too. But I really do think that I would get lost if I was a student there. But other than that everything was good. We at least got a break from all of our school work on Thristy Thrusday. This week went by pretty fast. Before we know it we will be out of school and we will be seniors.

Ohh my god.... I'm excited for spirit week. I can't wait for Monday. Hopefully we have fun and everything turns out good like we want to. Monday is also twin day! I'm really excited but I guess I have to wait and see how things go.

well this past week in Holocaust we learned about chapter 11. We Started taking notes on the chapter. We also got our test back and I was surprised with my grade. The notes for chapter 11 are very long. Hopefully we finish it soon. Chapter 11 is kind off confusing though. hopefully I pass the quiz that we took on wednesday. I read the chapter but it was really long and confusing. I tried my best so hopefully I did good.

OHAKY SOOO I HAVNT BLOGGED in a long time im sorry but oh well bloggin now.. i tuk the test on wed it was kunda easy id like to think so hopefully i get a gud grade.. missin class and dnt relli have anything to blog about

We haven't had class for a few days. I kinda miss class, but I don't have to do all of that work. It's great that school is almost over.

Number One.

We took our test yesterday.
I think that was the hardest Holocaust test we have taken! Ahh.

And today notes dragged! But on the other hand it made me happy to know the Jews fought back. They stood up for themselves. Not many people have the guts to do that, especially against the Nazis. Go Jews!

Progress reports /: I could have done better. All B's and one C. Not cool in my book!

I got my ACT score back: 28! Woot Woot! My mom wants me to take it again. I'm not sure yet.

Today class was boring! We miss Ms. Ingram. Mr. Shelton doesnt explain anything it we like Ms.Jamieson better as a substitute. I forgot to read chapter 11 so I hope I pass the chapter quiz. I was the only senior in Holocaust today:(

Ok so i completely forgot some meaning of what the colors mean. :/
which is such a bummer for me.
I need to work on having a better memory for these things.
But im happy that im passing Holocaust :D

Today we had a test on chapters 8-9. That test was not what I expected. I just hope I did good. I'm so glad it's almost time for Holocaust to be over. The class has been fun , but I'm getting too lazy to do this class.

Progress Report/ Test

Today We received our progress report and I did a great job I so happy! I am so ready to graduate and take the Holocaust Final. I thought the chapter 8-9 test was going to be harder but it was easy. I am hoping for an A+ I studied really hard so I better get a good score. I was so happy I got a good score on my chapter 5-6. I am so sad that Holocaust is almost over I don't want it to end. :(

We have progress reports today in Holocaust. I'm very curious to know my grade. I think I'm doing good, but you never know. I've been slacking since this quarter started. I hope I don't have A.A. I hope everybody progress reports are good.

Class yesterday was fun. We didn't have to do anything. More than half of the class was gone to a meeting. I wish class would be like that today, but we have a test today. I hope I do good.

The chapters are really interesting. The life in the camps and how they were treated. I wouldn't be able to live through that.

Last week was crazy. i had choir practice everyday for the benefit. I think the benefit went well. I really liked it because it was my first time. I was glad to stay after wards and help out. Hopefully I get to go again next year because I really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun.

Well last week went by pretty fast. The notes are long as usual. Mr. Shelton just was alright he just showed us the notes and the vocab.

Class was easy last week. Even though i was out everyday for half of the class period I learned some things. And we also have a test today. I just hope that i do good. I didn't really study a lot but I learned about the things in class. I think the test is going to be easy but who knows. Well I just hope that everything goes well.

This past week in Holocaust class we just took notes. The class okay I guess but everything was chaos because of the benefit. WE took notes on chapters 9 and 10. I think it was the easiest class so far. I'm really enjoying the class I'm learning a lot about the holocaust.

We had a soccer game on Saturday morning right after the Benefit. I got hurt between the legs, I thought I was going to throw up breakfast it hurted so bad. We won but they was down players so I didn't think it was fair. I showed up late because my uncle funeral was that day in I had to help out a little. The best part is I GOT MY HAIR DONE! finally!

So the latest in Holocaust class is that we have a test on Tuesday. I can't wait until we're done with school. I don't like taking test that's why I wanna skip to summer break. It's like I study but a lot of times I still do bad. I hope I do bad on the Holocaust test.

The Jews was so brave to try to fight back against the Nazis. After all that hell they went through so far I wouldn't have no energy. I was to work in the gun factory i would have messed up all their guns. In my own option, fighting back was the right thing to do. Great Effort!

So we didn't have a half day on Wednesday, it was kinda boring with

Shelton as our sub because he doesn't give explanations like Ms. Ingram does. I don't wanna go to school tomorrow, i wanna stay home and sleep.

So we're almost going to take our chapter 8 and 9 test and i think ima do good. We didn't have school on thursday or friday because of the benefit, and we had Mr.Shelton as our sub and we took more notes with him. The year is almost over which means finals, and i know ima be nervous for holocaust cuz it's probably going to have a lot of vocab and dates to remember. :/

this lady was rude to me. (I'll forget that ever happened).
the speeches were great! choir did well too!
Oh and my feet did not hurt Saturday morning. incredible huh?

Chapter 8-9 are almost here! Ahh! I hope I pass them, I am going to study really hard. I think in the Buchenwald they were really mean when it said"Each gets what he deserves" I don't that fits the Jews because they did nothing wrong to deserve all that pain and torture. The Nazi's actually deserve to be treated like that.

wowers this week was really
insane. we did almost nothing.

any who Monday was alright.

So this weekend i have to study for chapters 8 and 9, I think this time i dont really have to study the vocab because i know most of them and there's not alot. i think i have to study more my notes and know all the important stuff. i hope we finish the whole book because i was galncing at the other chapters and they look really interesting. there was some disturbing pictures of Jews how they looked in the camps. and they were super skinny more than anorexic and i read under the pic that the Jews weighed btwn 1oo-11o pounds. man and I tought my sister was skinny.lol:)
poor jews they suffered alot.

we finally finished with chapter 1o which by the way was one of the shortest chapters. I learned alot from the chapter. know i know that some Jews did try to stop the Nazi's, im glad somebody was brave enough to step up and do something about it. the stories in the notes were really crazy, especailly the one with the lady that put her heel inside the Nazi's head thats got to be some pain. also the one with the teen that beat up the Nazi soldier he's one barve kid. the Nazi's got what they derserve haha!!GoJews!!!

benifit week crazy!!!!

Well this week is the craziest and probably the week where evreybody is stressed especially poor Ms.Ingram. We havent done that much in class because of the benift so that's good for us no hw.well we survived with Mr.Shelton taking over. it was really quiet tough during class, just taking notes quietly was booring. Im glad benefit week is alomost over. I cant wait for the projects:) I hope i don't have a hard time making it tough.

This week was really crazy. Everyone had different schedules because of the benefit. I didn't really get to be in class a lot because I had choir practices for the benefit. I just hope that I do good on the test on Monday.

Today class was really boring! I miss you ms. Ingram when are you back! I don't like Mr.Shelton he is so boring and he doesn't talk during notes like you do. I feel much better because I am on task I got my notes from Rocio! Thank you. I hope I pass my chapter 8 and 9 test I am going to study really hard because I haven't been in class because of choir and Benefit. Did you know yesterday was Adolf Hitler's Birthday?

Class yesterday went by fast. Ms. Ingram wasn't there so it was kinda boring because all we did was take notes. Even though it was boring we did what we needed to do.

Ugh! I am so mad! because Ms. Thompson and Ms. Jamieson keep calling us down for the Benefit and Choir. I have no idea where we are in notes I am confused in class. I just want The Benefit to end already so I can have time for Holocaust and catch up with my work! I hate it that it is always during 4th period this is my favorite class. Can I borrow somebody's notes? BITTE!

I want to read it though it sounds interesting I hope I don't need the extra points. I can't wait for the model projects.

The chapters were so sad this week. The ones about the life in the camps were sad. How they looked and were they slept. How could Nazis could even stand and see how these people look or lived.

This week was cool.
The quizzes were alright. I got okay grades but I did want better grades. I am ready for this week.

I'm so tired right now because of Saturday. It really took a lot out of me. I'm so glad I went to prom it was so great.

The weekend was so great. Saturday the seniors did it up. We had so much fun. The prom was so beautiful. I had a great time. All of the ladies looked so beautiful with their dresses.

that crazy doctor Mengle a.k.a the angel of death, crazy guy. he really had an obession espeacially with twins. know i really ger why such an obsession over them. some people can be such wierdos. he killed a lot of inoccent people just to do those dumb test. why din't he run a test on himslef instead of children. he had no pitty what a shame. im glad hes not alive right now who know what else he could have done! chapter 9 was on eof my favorite chapters because it described how badly the were treated and because of crazy Dr.Mengle.

I cant believe that the school year is almost over and Holocaust class is alomost over, Im going to miss this class especially the field trip it was fun. and espacially the long notes. talking about notes we aremoving on to chapter 10, I hope those aren't long. I learned alot so far espacially the Jews being treated so horrible in the camps with all the signs I cant imagine being myself in a camp like that. i wouldnt even last a day. poor Jews they suffered alot. I wonder what would have happened it the Jews suceesfully fought against the Nazis?

this week went pretty mormal. we took notes on chapter 9 we finished them actually. and we took a reading quiz which i didn't do that good on. we also had to read chapter 10 which i read and was kind of boring it wasnt that interesting like the other ones. it talked mostly about the Jews not fighting back aganist the Nazis. the were some cool facts of why. the good news is that we dont need to do the book report which i think was kind of you Ms. Ingram.thanks:)

Chapter 9 is one of my favorites it is very interesting. I hate Josef Mengele he is so cruel and I hate how they called him "Angel of Death" that says it all about him. I feel so bad for some of the women that had to be stripped he was so cruel. Also the dwarfs and twins were his favorite and he liked doing experiments with them in order to produce more babies in the German Aryan race. That's so crazy.

Chapter eight was interesting because in order to deceive more people they put up signs in many different languages that said "to the physisian" or "to the washroom"and the nazi's acted very hospitable like " please hang your clothing and don't forget your number or someone might take it" I thought that was so sad how the victims were so blinded by the nazis niceness.

because of family problems and money issues. but

which am very thankful for because of her i had a

great time with the classmates and we learned new

girls experience what i did.

Its the weekend! Yay! I really needed a break from school.

We took our Chapter 10 reading quiz today and some people had a difficult time adding and subtracting. (lol)

We wrapped up Chapter 9 notes today as well. We learned about life in the camps for the prisoners. The prisoners did whatever they could to survive. In my opinion, I thought it was unselfish of them to help eachother out. Here you have a people dieing one by one, yet they still can find the kindness and help one another out.

Ugh. A test soon.

This week we had fun. We took to reading quizes one on chapter 9 and the other on chapter 10. The test where easy you can say. And the rest of the times we just took notes like always. And the week was also busy becuse of the schools benefit coming up. I'm excited because I have to sing for choir. It's going to be my first time so I just hope things go well. Other than that the week was the same as the others. And the class too.

The week went pretty fast. Everything we did was good. WEe mostly took notes on chapter 8 and 9. These were interesting chapters. We learned a lot about the life of the Jews in the camps. We also talked about how many were killed and how many survived.The number for Jews was obviously higher but at least some where able to survive. That way they can tell their story. And let people know what they went through and how the Germans acted towards them.

This week for Holocaust we have been taking notes. We have learned about how some of the Jews where able so survive in the camps. Most of the Jews weren't able to survive but some didn't accept their death. They wanted to live and tell their story someday. Sometimes the Jews bribed the SS commanders in order to stay alive for a little longer. They really had to help each other out in order to make it through.

So today was pretty fun in class. lol.
& especially dat i could have had 4 out 5 in the quiz but i changed one of my answers >.<
This class really makes me feel to appreciate the things i have in life and how easy i have it. The jew went through out especially being starved to death, and makes me think twice how i feel when im really hungry.

Wow its been a while since i've been on this blogger thing.
So weird blogging again.
So recently the day of break starting we all went to the Holocaust Museum and
wow that was a wonderful experience. I saw man things brought from where the Holocaust took place. Things like shoes and clothes they were forced to wear.
Overall the sadness i believe we had a lot of fun :)

The life in the camps were horrible people were forced to do things that were hard to do. They were forced to wear clothes that don't fit. It was sad to see where they slept. It just makes me mad to see them go through all of that.

That chapter 9 quiz was easy I felt I did okay, but I would have done better if I had brought my book home. I can't wait until tomorrow...PROM

This week has gone by pretty fast I'm so glad. This week's class were very light. Usually they are long, them going fast was great.

Today we took our chapter 9 quiz, and im positive that i did really good cuz i read the chapter and i knew the answers. We started the notes for that chapter, it wasnt a lot; it is about the life of the jews in the camps.

So the whole spring break i forgot to blog, but im planning to do the extra credit book review for rutkas notebook cuz i think i need it. Before we left for break we went to the Holocauts museum, i think it was a lot fun and very interesting; the lady giving the juniors the tour was kinda annoying cuz she kept telling us info that we already knew and she dragged. But besides that i had a good time there. I enjoyed listening to the speaker, he had a good story.

hey bloggers! I haven't been on here in so long, i almost feel like a new comer. On the other hand Holocaust class has been the same for me except for the trip to the Holocaust museum. The museum was amazing and sad at the same time. My favorite part of the tour was talking to the survivor. I can't wait to go back again!!

Yesterday I was totally lost in class I didn' know what we were talking about. Thank you Rocio for letting me copy your notes. Today I caught up with the notes. I also watched Little People Big world and they traveled to Dachau, Germany and visited the Dachau concentration camp. I can't believe the Nazi made soap from the Jews fat eww! I also found interesting how they got tattoo flesh for decoration.

So yesterday i was watching a show in TLC called big world small people.
Which is pretty cool. There was these boy twins but their fraternal twins because one is normal & the other has dwarfism. They went to Germany and explored the city and country side. They then went to Dachau to the concentration camp and they learned a lot without knowing anything. The event affected them so much. Especially the one that has dwarfism because he would not fit into Hitler's perfect society.

i forget to blog this week because i was out of town actually i went to Indiana to visit my cousins over there and also i forget to blog during the spring break because i was out of town since i went o visit my cousin's over there they didn't had any computer so i was out of luck... but i came back and rest at home with my family and friends but i had a great spring break lol

I don't think I blogged enough before we left for break. I can't remember. This last week was really great. Just to be at home with family and friends was great.

I'm glad we are back in school now. I missed everyone that I didn't get a chance to see. Break was great.

The trip was great. I'm so happy that we went. I learned so much new information. I wish that we can do something like that again.

The survivor was so special. I couldn't believe I was face to face with a Holocaust survivor. His story will amazed me; the way he got by without running into a Nazi. I felt bad because his parents was killed at Auschwitz. His first time in America was funny because he wasn't use to seeing all of these things. I salute with so much respect to everyone who did and did not survive the Holocaust.

The one thing I will always take with me , besides the survivor, is the video that was being played. The video showed Nazis making people get out of a wagon into a ditch, making them stand in a straight line, and then shooting them in the back of their head. I could not even begin to imagine how that feels; I was just in shock. It's one thing to read about it, but it's another to actually see it. Afterwards, they kick some dirt on them like it wasn't nothing.

The field trip was so amazing, I really enjoyed myself.When I went through the museum it opened my eyes to see how blessed we are to be here. The tour was really cool; I was so amazed to see the actual items from the Holocaust. The way the museum was set up was so nice; I loved it. When the tour guy told me new facts I really took it in.

Field Trip ☼

The meseum was so heartwrenching!

It was so much to see, it was just overwhelming!

The experiance was cool. I would like to go back. I have a couple questions aboutsome stuff so I am looking forward to class.

In the museum there was a bunch of things that caught my attention. There was a model of the concentration camp even though was just dolls it still looked real. The train cart gave off a crazy feeling.

The trip was awsome! It was so sad!
My favorite part was the videos. Also I liked the speaker, he was so funny and cute in a grandpa sort of way.

Well where do I start the feild trip was amazing!! I loved it I'm goin to take my family there sum day and I'm pretty sure they'll like it alot of the stuff was very sad and interesting. Well my spring break is goin gud I'm goin to play soccer in the morning then out with the friends. My birthday is on Monday soo well c wat happens.yay!!!!!

Field Trip

The field trip was amazing! I loved it! I am going to take my family to the museum over spring break and I will be their tour guide(lol). I knew almost everything because we learned it in Holocaust. My favorite part from the museum was the Kristallnacht section and the train. I really enjoyed it, Thanks Ms. Ingram!

The chapter eight quiz was kind of easy I hope I get the answers correct. I felt pressured because I had to set up for our Senior fundraiser. I was also wondering when are we getting out test scores? I want to see what I got really bad! Ms. Ingram don't forget to show us our test.

On tuesday class was very interesting how the Nazi's tricked the victims so they will go inside the gas chamber.They said, please hang your clothes and to remember their number so they can have it back after their shower. What I also found interesting was that they treated the Jews in Eastern Europe worse like they whipped them if they didn't want to get on the train or complained. Many of them fainted from exhaust and they beat them.

excited tomorrow for the Holocaust field trip but the good thing is that we are going to miss class that's good jk... and the Easter Hunt i hope it will be fun even though if i am going to miss but still we are coming back just in time for the Easter Hunt

last week it went pretty fast actually we finished chapter 7 and we had a quiz on that. so today it went pretty fast but i cannot wait for the Holocaust field trip on Wednesday i know that it is going to be excited and i cannot wait for that. especially on Wednesday that we are having the Easter hunt so excited but tomorrow our book review is due... excited for the field trip on Wednesday because on Wednesday we are not having any classes jk lol....

March 29

Last week went by fast. We also did a lot in class. All the chapters are really interesting and give a lot of details on the Holocaust. We have been moving pretty fast in the book too. And we also have a project due tomorrow. We have our book review. And we just need three more days and we are off on spring break. I also can't wait for our trip on Wednesday and also our easter egg hunt when we get back from the trip.

My grade is Holocaust was good. It was what I expected. The class looks easier now somehow. I really enjoy learning about it. I never thought that I would be so interested in this class. At first I didn't wan to take it. But I think that now it's worth it. We learn a lot from it so we won't make the same mistakes again against human beings.

Last week we finished chapter 7 notes and vocabulary. We also took a test on chapters 5 trough 7. The test was pretty good. I think that it was actually better than the other ones. The class so far has been interesting. We have learned a lot about the Holocaust. I'm also excited to go to the Holocaust Museum. It looks like they are very strict but hopefully we will have a good time.

Thank God it's almost spring break...I'm going to have so much fun not being at school. Can't wait til May 29.....

The test that we took was pretty easy. I thought it was going to be one of those test where you would have to come back to finish, but I was wrong. Than God I was wrong. I can't wait to see my test. I hope everybody did well!!!!

The test we took...idk when it was we took it but I know we took one was ok. I sorda studied and I did my best so I hope I get a good grade.

The book was awsome! It was way better then the last book. But I haven't started on the power point. I loved how she would describe all the different food and how she would describe the smells of them and it just felt like I was there with her smelling and tasting the food! lol

Am so excited for the field trip! But it's bummer that we can't take cameras. I am really looking forward to the train part. Also seeing all the different types of stuff from the Holocaust and I wonder what happened to all their stuff? Hummmm...

Red Coat Chick

This week I found out that the author of The Girl In The Red Coat was actually the little girl! She found out through Shindler's List the movie. I was so shocked when I that out cause I would freak out if that was me. The cool thing about it is her coat was the only color that was shown in the movie.

FIELD TRIP THIS WEEK!!!!

I can't wait until the field trip on Wednesday. I looking forward to meeting the Holocaust survivor as well, I might just shed a few tears. I want to be touch by his or her story about their time in "hell". I'm so ready to look at the exhibits and really objects from back then. The crazy thing is when I arrive back at school I have to wear a bunny costume.

can't wait to go to the holocaust museum on wed. the only thing that i don't like is the rules. they are to strict espacially the names on the lunches and that they have to be in a brown bag, crazy.well the good thing about it is that we are actualy giong and missing class jk. well all i need to this weekend is to finish the book and see what happens next ;)

so our novel is due tuesday and i starded reading the book and its really interesting its way better than the other book. the other book sometimes didn't make sense to me but the girl in the red coat its starts off her talking when she's old which i think really grabs the readers attention. and then it kind of goes back to her past when she was a little girl and describes her past in the ghetto. cant wait to read the rest:)

field trip!!fun!!

well this week in holocaust was pretty normal. we had our chapter test, it was okay i really studied for this one and i have answered all of them. I especially studied the vocab. so I have a good feeling of getting a decent grade. so the field trip, Im excited to see the exhibits and especially the person who is giong to spaek. which i think its really kool that they have the guts to tells us their experience which is not easy to do since its really personal and depressing:(

I'm so excited for the Field Trip we have next week Wednesday.

The only museum i went to about the Holocaust is the one in Washington D.C when I was in

So I always hate the test for holocaust >.<
Nothing against it but I always hate that I forget things quickly.
I study really hard for it and i just completely blank out.
Its usually the dates that get me confused because there is a lot of dates to remember that are very important in history of what happened.

Holocaust Museum

I am so excited for the Holocaust Museum Field Trip. It would be a lot better if we could take a camera so when I go home I can show my family. I definitely want to buy a souvenir. I am so glad we finally finished chapter 7 notes. I hope I pass this Test with a perfect score, so I am going to study a lot.

class today was kind of boring because we didn't really learn anything we did but some kids where just tired and idk with the rest of the students lol :}

Class today was boring because I wanted to learn something else with more action and torture (lol). I was really surprised that we had only four vocabulary words, and I completely forgot we even had a project due Tuesday! good thing I got the calendar today. I think those zwei old men do deserve to go to prison or death because they had no compassion for anyone not even old men why should Germany have compassion for them. They deserve to pay the consequences!

class yesterday was very interesting especially chapter 6 I thought that the Nazis were really smart because they searched for Jews that hid between the floor or the ceiling and it is really incredible how it was really hard to escape death. Nazis threw grenades, lied to teenagers and used their German dogs to sniff the Jews. I am so thankful I wasn't born in Germany in those times.

The fact that some of the Jews played God with people lives show just how cruel some of them were. I don't think I could have been a part of the Jewish Council and the Jewish Police.

It's crazy how the Jews had to choose who died and who didn't die. I found that to be harsh because they had to choose between their families or strangers. Some killing themselves shows that they were under a lot of pressure. The pressure would have been unbearable for me too.

snitching for a good reason

Were I come from snitching can get you killed, so did the Jews during the holocaust. I can't imagine had hard it would to kill your own people if you was an Jewish police or councilor. It would be hard for me to snitch on my own people. It make me scare to think about snitching to the cops about someone around my house. I salute all those who had those jobs, they were brave.

I can't wait for this week to start because we only have 4 days in school. I can't wait to receive my report card.

The chapter we had to read over the weekend was very sad. The people had to choose whether to save the community or save themselves and their families. The Jewish Council had some terrible choices to make. I don't know how they made some of their choices.

Gypsies

Gypsies seem so weird, I want to meet one. Back then, I wonder how you can tell who's a Gypsies? Something times, I wonder what they do on a daily bases. If I was a Gypsies, I would put a spell on one of the Nazis and stole their valuables. I wonder do they exist now and days?

I NEED A BOOK!!!!!!!

I need that Red Coat Girl book and I need it fast. I want to read because people have told me it was good. Even though reading is not my cup of tea, I still think this is going to be a good book. Like last time, I'm going to write a book report because power-points are difficult. I'm looking foward to this book because the last book was boring.

this week

Each week of class shocks me with something new. This week I learned about homosexual men and their role in the Holocaust. They were killed as well; they had to wear pink to indicate themselves. The crazy thing about it is, they didn't mess with gay women. The women had it better even though they wasn't really important.

I still haven't got the book yet but i will soon. I think the book is going to be interesting because that's what most people said about it so im excited to read it because i never read it.

Chapter 8 is crazzy! The deprotations must of been really sad. Separating the families and knowing you're not going to see them again must be hard. It just pisses me off.

So i got a passing grade in my quarter exam. I think the knowing the laws part was kind of hard because i got mixed up with some. I hope im passing the class. Almost less than 2 months of school left, im really excited. Then our class and some other seniors are going to the Holocaust museum im also excited for that because alot of people said it was fun and interesting to look around at.

The book is pretty good so far. It's really sad. I haven't gotten far but what I read so far it's just so depressing. Especially the part with the grandma and how they take her away.

I past the exam! Yess! It was hard and I kinda studied. I never get the law, they always get me. The vocab was the easier part.

In class we also started and finished chapter 6, whuich was "The Other Victums". This chapter was really interesting. Because we found out that the Nazis just didn't like the Jews but they didn't like the gypsies, homosexuals, polish, russian soldiers, and another group that i forgot. But they also killed a lot of their own people. I guess that the germans just wanted the whole world to themselves. I was amazed but what the Nazis did for all this people.

Well we got our exams back. And I did kinda good but I do need to study more for the next tests. Ms. ingram said that no one is failing that only one person has a "D". Which is pretty good in my opinion for the class. So far everything is good in class and we have learned a lot. It is interesting how the Nazis did what they did. I just hope that it never happens again becuase it is horrifying. I guess that's why we have to take these type of classes so we can learn and not make the same mistakes again.

In Holocaust class we did a lot this week. On Monday we did test corrections and studied for our examz. I got a better grade after the test corrections. i just hope that my grade is good. On another day we just took notes becuase ms. Ingram was at a meeting. It was hard just taking notes without having her explaining what it talks about. Well she explained it after, which was good. Everything is good so far.

OMG! I am so happy today when I saw my exam score it was so beautiful! I am so proud of myself. I didn't even study that much for the exam and I got it right. Chapter six is very interesting I can't believe they treated gay men so badly and not women. I can't wait to read chapter seven this is all very interesting. I am thinking of maybe majoring in History or something that has to do with the Holocaust in college. Ich liebe Holocaust!

The chapter six exam was pretty easy today, I hope I get them all correct. I am glad Ms. Ingram is back because I seem to understand better when she is explaining it, she is very detailed and explains to us what some words mean. I was glad today we didn't take any notes because we took them yesterday. Ms. Ingram when can we see what we got on out quarter exam?

today in class miss Ingram wasn't there so our sub was Lesly actually she did a really good job in changing the slides but even though it was a lot off notes but we still made it through. we just needed four more slides :}

Today st. Pat's Day

Today Ms. Ingram wasn't here with us in class or any substitute. Lesly did a great job changing the slides. It was kind of weird not having someone talking and explaining but everything went well. We need four more slides. I felt so bad for the children and adults who got killed because they were retarded, or a sickness. I also felt bad for the homosexuals because many of them got harassed, killed or they made them sleep with prostitutes. That is so unfair and cruel.

well this week is kinda lame i hated the EXAMS!! especially geomerty and holocaust! they were so hard! i was soo nervous! and i failed my geometry exam with a 66! i was mad and i studied! so that sucks.im relli excited to learn more about hitler he is getting relli interesting i wanna kno wen he dies cuz hes a mean person! LOL jk.jk.even thoo i kno wen he dies cuz ms. jamieson spoiled it for me in class today!!..
im soo excited! for opening night thursday i hope you guys can come!! but im kinda nervous but then at the same time im not! cnt wait for the cast and crew parties! this play is cumn out really goood! im gunna be relli sad wen the musical is completly over! cuz im going to miss my frnds! even tho i kno were guna hang out eventually! im gunna miss them a ton!

Holocaust is actually pretty good but we had a exam in that class but i actually studied for that exam and i hope that i passed it and all those other exam i took today but Holocaust it is kind of interesting but a lot of notes but i got the hang of it

Today I was really nervous at first during Pre-calculus I didn't want the period yo end (lol) I thought the exam was going to be really hard but once I started it I thought it was really easy! I can't wait to see my score, I am hoping for an A. The question I got stuck on was the Enabling act I couldn't remember what was the other name for that. The vocab was the easiest part, and the rest was all good. I am so relieved this is over.

Holocaust is a cool class. I know our test is going to be long, but we should be good. I can't wait until all these test are over. They are too stressful. Thank God the quarter is almost over and I'm ready to graduate.

Class yesterday was good. We didn't really do anything, but study. I'm think I'm ready. I hope I'm ready. We are going to see in a few hours.

Since we're having our test tomorow it means no notes, but unfortunately we have to take a test which is going to be like 1,000 pages long lol.
